Premier League Captain Registration

This registration is for team captains to register their team for the 2025-2026 Premier League season.

October through March (includes holiday breaks as well)

15 Regular Season Games + Playoffs (*not all teams qualify for playoffs)

Anticipated Opening Night : October 20th (This can change based on rinks ice in timeline)

$4,500 per team.

Captains can pay in full or distribute payments to players through HockeyShift.

If not paid in full by September 15th, teams will forfeit their spot in the league.

"A" League: Majority of Games on Thursday nights.

"B" League: Playing Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday.

Online Payment Fee: Online registrations are subject to an online payment fee.
Distributed Payments: After registering players will be able to login and make payments towards their team's fees.
Pay Later: Payment is not required to complete registration and can be made later.
